Dr. Zinatelli has had the following experience in the field of psychology:

    • Provide a wide range of psychological services.

    University of Ottawa Career and Counselling Service.
    • Provided a wide range of psychological services.
    • Consulted to the Faculty of Engineering. 
    • Supervised doctoral interns. 
    • Developed computer software. 

  • May 1988-December 1995, Therapist/Psychologist 
    University of Waterloo, Counselling Services and Engineering counselling. 
    • Counselled students, staff and faculty concerning career decisions, study skills, time management, family difficulties, issues of sexuality, marital discord, eating disorders, addictions, sexual abuse, depression and anxiety.
    • Coordinated and implemented an alcohol abuse treatment programme. 
    • Served as a study skills coordinator. 
    • Provided emergency counselling in response to crises in the university community. 
    • Served as a consultant for faculty and staff concerning psychological issues (especially in the faculty of engineering). 
    • Led workshops. 
    • Volunteered with the local police and fire departments regarding Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
