The following outlines the payment policy that applies to all Web Networks account holders and members. If you have any questions about this policy, please direct your inquiries to accounts@web.net.
- All users are expected to pay for Web Networks services within 30 days of the invoice date.
- After 30 days, a 2% per month (or 24% per year) interest charge will be applied for all unpaid invoices.
- Failure to remit payment after 60 days will result in the automatic suspension of your account until payment is received in full.
- Accounts left unpaid after 90 days will result in automatic account cancellation.
- There will be a $150.00 fee charged to accounts requiring reactivation.
- In the event that Web Networks receives a NSF cheque from a user, a $15.00 charge will be applied to the user's account.
- In the event a user wishes to terminate service, the user must provide written notification by email, mail, or fax to Web Networks. All accounts are automatically renewed unless we are provided with written notice of cancellation 30 days in advance. In the event that an account with Web Networks is canceled for any reason the user will pay all outstanding charges.
- The user is responsible to keep Web Networks informed of any and all changes in address or contact information.
- Users who pay their account balance by credit card, are obligated to keep Web Networks informed of any changes in credit card information including expiry date.
- All group accounts must provide a primary billing contact who is responsible for any and all charges incurred by users within the group. It is the responsibility of the primary billing contact to keep Web Networks informed of any changes in contact information.
- Web Networks reserves the right to cancel or suspend Internet access or remove WWW sites from the Internet at any time and for any reason without notice.
- The Web Networks user is ultimately responsible for all charges associated with their account.
- It is the responsibility of the user to change her/his password regularly. Web Networks can not be held responsible for any charges incurred due to lost or stolen passwords.
